BharatBill ERP ("BharatBill", "Service") is a cloud-based GST Billing & ERP software platform developed and operated by Extraaaz Innovative Tech Solutions Private Limited ("Company", "We", "Us", "Our"). By accessing or using the BharatBill platform at bharatbill.extraaaz.com or any associated mobile/web application, you ("User", "Business Owner", "Subscriber") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. 1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS By registering for or using the BharatBill Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have the legal authority to enter into these Terms, and agree to comply with all applicable laws including the Goods and Services Tax (GST) laws of India. 2. USE OF SERVICE BharatBill provides GST-compliant billing, inventory management, purchase management, reporting, and related ERP features for small and medium-sized businesses. You agree to use the Service only for lawful business purposes. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of data you enter into the platform including GST numbers, invoices, and financial records. 3. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION You must register using accurate business information including your GSTIN (if applicable), business name, and contact details. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Notify us immediately at support@extraaaz.com if you suspect unauthorized access. 4. SUBSCRIPTION & PAYMENTS Access to BharatBill is provided on a subscription basis. Fees are as per the plan selected at registration. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. All payments are non-refundable except as expressly stated in our Refund Policy. Prices are inclusive of applicable GST. 5. DATA OWNERSHIP All business data entered by you into BharatBill remains your property. We do not sell, share, or use your business data for any commercial purpose other than providing and improving the Service. 6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY BharatBill, its source code, design, features, and all related intellectual property are owned exclusively by Extraaaz Innovative Tech Solutions Private Limited. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, distribute, or create derivative works from the platform. 7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY The Service is provided "as is". Extraaaz Innovative Tech Solutions Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of BharatBill. Our total liability shall not exceed the subscription fees paid by you in the last 3 months. 8. TERMINATION We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or fail to pay subscription fees. Upon termination, you may export your data within 30 days. 9. GOVERNING LAW These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India. 10.
